The M et Mme Swell Boutique is known for the quality of its customer service. Its owners, Line and Érik Furer, offer a warm welcome to customers before giving them thoughtful advice and guidance on how to personalize their wardrobes.
The personalized advice takes into account the customer’s individual taste but also the silhouette of each client. “We guide each customer by suggesting pieces that will make the shopper feel comfortable. Clothing they will wear with pride. Our honesty is greatly appreciated by our clientele,” explains Line Furer.
The quality of customer service is a family value for Line Furer. The entrepreneur passed this valuable quality on to her son Érik a few years ago. Mother and son have been working together since the late 2000s. “We have the same taste in fabrics,” says Line. Their career paths led them to Montreal and then to Bromont. In the Eastern Townships, more precisely in Old-Bromont, the duo fell under the charm of an ancestral house built in 1896. This multifunctional building has housed businesses selling saddles as well as banking institutions. A fitting room is located inside a former bank vault. Since November 2022, the store is spread over 2 floors.
Quality customer service is more than just personalized clothing. It’s about custom pieces signed by local designers. The touch of Quebec artisans extends to jewelry. “We have beautiful products in Quebec. We are designers ourselves,” say Line and Érik Furer at the same time.
M et Mme Swell serve a diverse clientele of women and men, especially young professionals, with an eye for fashion, primarily from Bromont, but also from other municipalities and cities including Sherbrooke, Saint-Bruno, Boucherville and Montreal to name a few.
